As part of the City's effort to improve safety for pedestrians on our roadways, the City added signing and striping to the three existing midblock crosswalks on SW Boones Ferry Road between SW Tualatin Road and SW Martinazzi Avenue.
The crosswalks now have new signs before each crosswalk and painted stop lines on the roadway to show drivers where they are required to stop for pedestrians.
This work took place in September 2016.
