AKS Engineering and Forestry, on behalf of Lennar Northwest, Inc., is requesting approval to construct common wall townhomes in the approved Autumn Sunrise Subdivision. The lots were previously approved with the approved Autumn Sunrise Subdivision SB21-0001. Each dwelling unit will be on an individual lot between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet. The property where the townhomes will be constructed is zoned Medium Low Density Residential (RML).

 The Tualatin Development Code (TDC) dated April 5, 2021 is applicable because the subdivision was originally approved December 2021. ORS 92.040 (2) states only those local government laws implemented under an acknowledged comprehensive plan that are in effect at the time of application shall govern subsequent construction on the property unless the applicant elects otherwise.
