Updating the Tualatin Development Code (TDC) is identified as City Council priority project. The TDC is made up of both the Comprehensive Plan and the Development Code. The project is specifically focused on the TDC, not the Municipal Code or other City requirements. The framing for the project was presented to the City Council at its work session on November 15, 2016 and was accepted including a three phased approach. The City hired Angelo Planning Group as the consultant for the project.
