The City is proposing to amend Chapters 5, 6, 31, 38, 54, 57, and 73A-C of the Tualatin Development Code (TDC), Figure 57-1, and Community Plan Map 9-1 that will establish the Mixed Use Commercial (MUC) Zoning District. Text amendment includes an increase to maximum structure height over current standards. Portions of the Bridgeport Village area located west of SW 72nd Avenue and north of SW Lower Boones Ferry Road are impacted.
