On March 8, 2021, the City of Tualatin adopted Ordinance No. 1455-21, which repeals previous Ordinance 1453-21.
Ordinance 1453-21 had adopted an updated Stormwater Master Plan (2019) for the City of Tualatin, amended the Tualatin Comprehensive Plan, and amended Tualatin Development Code Sections 74.630 and 74.640, PTA 21-0001. Ordinance 1453-21 has been repealed prior to its effective date.
Ordinance 1455-21 further directs City staff to draft a revised Stormwater Master Plan including the Basalt Creek and Southwest Concept Plan areas for presentation and consideration by City Council.
