The West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta is one of the most anticipated and well attended fall events in Oregon. In fact, it was named one of the seven best fall festivals in the United States by National Geographic and one of the top 24 fall festivals in the United States by US News and World Report!

Do you know a brave soul who would like to paddle a pumpkin in one of the pumpkin races?

Sponsors with a booth at the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta are expected to have a FREE activity or sustainable giveaway in order to contribute to the overall experience of the event. Please let us know what will be happening at your booth:
Category Exclusivity *
Are you interested in category exclusivity for an additional $3,000?
Would you like a 10x10 space at the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta? *
Sponsors with a booth at the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta are expected to have a FREE activity or sustainable giveaway in order to contribute to the overall experience of the event. Please let us know what will be happening at your booth:
Do you want a banner on the lake railing during the event? *
Sponsors have the option of having a banner recognizing them on the lake railing during the event.
Bigger Booth Space *
Are you interested in increasing your booth size from 10x10 to 10x20 for an additional $1,000?
Would you like to have logo on the Regatta poster? *
Sasquash sponsors are offered the option of having their logo on the Regatta poster.
Would you like to receive a hand blown glass pumpkin? *
Sasquash sponsors are presented with a hand blown glass pumpkin as a sponsorship gift. If you are unable to accept the gift during the event, it will be mailed to the address above after the event.
Would you like to be recognized on the City of Tualatin website as a sponsor? *
Are you a returning 2024 sponsor or Tualatin business? *
Exclusive discounts for returning sponsors and Tualatin-based businesses! Returning sponsors and businesses located in the City of Tualatin can enjoy the following discounts on our sponsorship packages: $500 off the Sasquash Level Sponsorship and $300 off the Gourdzilla Level Sponsorship Please Note: Each sponsor may only use one discount per sponsorship level.

The undersigned applicant, by signature below, shall hold harmless the City of Tualatin, its officers, agents, and employees and shall indemnify and, if requested, defend the City, its officers, agents, and employees for any claim or injury to property or persons that may arise as a result of any activity which may arise from operations under or in connection with the permit.

I do affirm that the foregoing statements and representations are binding upon me, or if executed on behalf of a Sponsoring Entity, are binding upon the Sponsor and are executed pursuant to authority. The information submitted is true to the best knowledge of the undersigned, and the undersigned shall notify City in writing at any time as additional information is known or the plans for the event are revised  which would alter the information and statements given.
