Juanita Pohl Center Program/Trip Refund Policy
It is our policy to refund 100% of program/trip fees if withdrawal notice is given seven or more days before the start date of the program/trip.
A 50% refund will be given if withdrawal notice is given less than seven days before the start date of the program/trip.
Fees are not refunded for withdrawals less than 24hrs before the start date of the program/trip.
The center reserves the right to cancel or change any of its programs/trips and will attempt to give participants as much notice as possible. In the event of a center cancelation, participants will receive a full refund for the price of the program/trip.
