Mayors Note August
The City Council remains dedicated in our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for Tualatin residents. This year, we allocated $50,000 to our Outside Agency Grant Program – an increase of $10,000 from the prior year. Awards will be given to organizations and programs that align with the City Council’s 2030 Vision for the community. This vision is focused on fostering a connected, prosperous, equitable, and environmentally conscious community with a sustainable and diverse economy, as well as vibrant places for the community to gather. Eligible 501(c)(3) organizations serving Tualatin are encouraged to apply before August 30th. By empowering organizations through these grants, the Council aims to build a stronger and more inclusive community where all residents can thrive and flourish.
