City Facilities

The City of Tualatin operates a variety of facilities and buildings throughout the community. Staff are permanently located at each of the following locations. 

1. City Services, 10699 SW Herman Road

The City Services Center is home to the Public Works Department, Community Development Department, a portion of the Information and Maintenance Services Department, Parks Maintenance Division and Municipal Court. 

2. Police Services Building, 8650 SW Tualatin Road

This Police Services Building houses the Tualatin Police Department.  

3. PARKS ADMINISTRATION, 8511 SW TUALATIN ROAD

This building is located in Tualatin Community Park and houses the Parks and Recreation Administration.

4. JUANITA POHL CENTER, 8513 SW TUALATIN ROAD

The Juanita Pohl Center is where older adults (55+) can go to socialize, enjoy nutritious lunchtime meals, and participate in a range of programming, find volunteer opportunities, and participate in local day trips. 

5. LIBRARY, 18876 SW MARTINAZZI AVENUE

Library services include book check-out as well as public wifi, and children, teen, and adult programming. 

6. CITY OFFICES, 18880 SW MARTINAZZI AVENUE

This building is home to the City Manager's Office, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Utility Billing, and portion of the Information and Maintenance Services Department.
