Public Works Construction Code
This document has been prepared to address the design, materials, and workmanship of public improvements, public utilities, water quality facilities, and erosion and sediment control within the City of Tualatin. Wherever possible, standards and methods adopted by agencies outside the City have been included in order to adopt a more comprehensive document.
The general format and contents of this document have been developed around three areas:
Chapter 100, General Specifications, includes the requirements for acquisition of construction permits, and the execution of associated work.
Chapter 200, Design Requirements Specifications, includes provisions for the development of construction plans and design requirements.
Chapter 300, Technical Specifications, addresses requirements for construction and inspection.
