AMENDED Washington County Type 1 Noise Variance Permit for Nighttime Construction
Oregon Asphaltic Paving LLC/Tigard Sand & Gravel LLC's Type 1 Noise Variance Permit approved by Washington County in May 2013 has been AMENDED. The original variance permit gave approval to run their asphalt plant at night: May 20, 2013 - May 31, 2013; 7:00 pm - midnight. Due to inclement weather, they applied for and received an AMENDED permit from Washington County that extends the May 31st end date of night work through June 14, 2013 (please see attached AMENDED permit for further details).
