Fix-it Tickets/Vehicle Compliance Program

In the City of Tualatin, we focus on making our roadways a safer place to drive. As such, the Tualatin Municipal Court has established the Vehicle Compliance Program. This program provides the opportunity to correct certain violations, such as vehicle equipment defects, prior to your court date, in exchange for dismissal of the cited violation.

To take advantage of this program, you MUST DO ALL of the following prior to your assigned court date.

Procedure:

• Repair or correct the violation.
• Have the vehicle associated with the cited violation inspected at the Tualatin Police Department, located at 8650 SW Tualatin Rd., Tualatin, OR 97062. Please bring the Vehicle Compliance Form with you. Inspections will be conducted Monday through Friday (except holidays), between 9am and 4pm, ONLY. If the violation has been corrected, a representative of the Tualatin Police Department will complete the "Police Officer" section of the Vehicle Compliance Form.
• Take the completed form, along with your citation and $35.00 administrative fee, to the Tualatin Municipal Court, located at 10699 SW Herman Rd., Tualatin, OR 97062.

Upon completion of all steps, the Tualatin Municipal Court will dismiss your violation.
