March 18, 2014, Put Down Roots in Tualatin, Tualatin Community Park/Hedges Creek

Thank you to the more than 20 volunteers from the Jewish Academy who planted 200 native shrubs and trees along the bank of Hedges Creek.  We had many 5th grade students who completed their planting assignments in only two hours! They continued their volunteer efforts by picking up litter and liberating trees from invasive English Ivy.
