Position Open on Tualatin Library Advisory Committee (TLAC)
A passion for Libraries and the desire to give back to the City of Tualatin - an excellent combination for serving on the Tualatin Library Advisory Committee!
Committee Structure and Responsibilities
The Library Advisory Committee consists of seven members appointed by City Council for three-year terms. No special background is required to serve on this committee. The Tualatin Library Advisory Committee is responsible for consulting with and advising the Library Manager on all matters affecting operational policies of the City library; making recommendations to the City Council with respect to services, facilities and all other matters pertaining to the maintenance and improvement of the City Library; and hearing and considering complaints about City Library policies or materials.
MEETING SCHEDULE
Monthly - 1st Tuesday of each month, 6 pm. These meetings are open to the public. Please see our Public Meetings Calendar to see a schedule of upcoming meetings and Agendas / Minutes.
