Clackamas High School Forestry and Natural Resources Students
Tualatin Community Park
September 26-29, 2014
Engaging students, enhancing the environment, building citizens!
- 45 student volunteers completed trail maintenance on 300 feet of trail by installing 10 yards of rock
- 3/4 and 1/4 “ minus rock was moved via wheelbarrow
- the trail was leveled and then compacted by students.
Their efforts improve trail access for park users and reduce soil erosion and mud in the rainy season.
