Put Down Roots in Tualatin, Little Woodrose
Put Down Roots in Tualatin:
Little Woodrose Park
April 3, 2015
Tualatin High School ASB Students enhance Little Woodrose
- 28 incredible volunteers planted 150 native ferns and flowers under the Douglas firs to improve biodiversity.
- This planting phase was part II of a restoration effort at Little Woodrose.
- AVID and ASB students have removed 9 yards of invasive English ivy over the last two months.
- Ms. Kelsey Bowers has encouraged these groups to engage in community service projects. The students have responded with great enthusiasm and their efforts are making a difference in our City!
