Nine (9) teens dedicated over 150 combined volunteer hours as they...

  • Removed invasive species and provided plant care for a native tree    planting in Tualatin City Park and Atfalati Park.
  • Fluffed bark chips at TCP to increase  playground safety.
  • Removed blackberries from Jurgens Park.
  • Watered and maintained the Jurgens community flowerbed and garden.
  • Learned about biodiversity by completing a native species scavenger hunt.
  • Painted 10 fire hydrants in the Fox Hills neighborhood along the Fox Hills Fourth of July Parade Route.
  • Assisted in the warehouse moving project at Operations.
  • Washed Trucks from the City of Tualatin fleet.
  • Battled high temperatures, sticky thorns, and staining paint as they helped make their community a better place to live and play.
