TEAM Tualatin Session 8: Report
Look at what eight enthusiastic, hard-working TEAM Tualatin members contributed to their community!
- They watered the Jurgen’s Park raised beds and sampled the produce.
- They worked in the fleet shop to strip down three police cruisers to prepare them for resale. (A handy-woman learning experience and a HARD JOB!)
- They pulled ivy off trees and the grounds at Brown Ferry’s Park.
- They became experts in native flora at Jurgens Park.
- They painted fire hydrants along SW Tualatin Road.
- They returned hundreds of recycled cans and bottles from the Crawfish Festival.
- They met 12 Japanese Students.
- They painted the Rustic Shelter at Tualatin Community Park.
- They removed invasive species at Tualatin Park.
THEY ARE AWESOME IN GIVING THEIR TIME AND ENERGY TO TUALATIN!

Preparing signs requires a hammer and chisel to remove the aluminum rivet from the steel sign. This doubles the recycling dollars the City receives.
