37 Teens and 54 Tweens Volunteered 1048 Hours in the Library

  • 90,000 library items shelved
  • Verified Content- ensuring the return of digital media
  • 2,000 Summer Readers enrolled by Summer Teens
  • 25 hours of service at Atfalati Park
  • Event support at Blender Dash, ArtSplash and Summer Carnival at Atfalati Park
  • 20 hours served at Summer Reading on the Commons
  • Library Storage Room cleaned and organized
  • Patron holds pulled daily
  • 5,000 items withdrawn and donated to the Friends of the Library
  • Assisted with Story Time
  • Developed leadership skills
  • Cultivated friendship and learned new skills
  • Met program goals and made social connections
  • Demonstrated customer service skills; went above and beyond to help others
  • Supported each other as co-workers and friends
