Ready to schedule an inspection?

Please make sure your site is open and ready for inspection prior to scheduling.  Physical hard copy plans MUST be on-site and available during inspection.

Inspection requests must include the following information in this order:

• Permit Number
• Type of Inspection Requested
• Day the Inspection is Wanted
• Site Address
• Project or Tenant Name
• Contractor Performing the Work
• Site contact name and phone number

**Please note, you will not receive a call-back confirmation if you schedule by phone.

Cut off Times for phone inspection requests is 4:30 pm the business day prior to the requested inspection date, not including holidays when the office is closed. 

Inspection Results are emailed to permit contacts and available online through eTrakit.

Inspection Times are typically performed Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

For an after-hours inspection please complete a request form
