eTRAKiT is a state-of-the-art online tool that provides tremendous benefits to users. Customers can gain online access to numerous resources, including land use projects, permits, and historic information.

Additionally, our eTRAKiT Web Portal enables customer access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you already have an account with us, you can access eTRAKiT by selecting the orange button below. For new users see instructions below.

First Time Users

Contractors, consultants and developers, must login as a Contractor and not a Public user. In doing so, you will have access to your specific/confidential information regarding your permits, projects, and inspections. Please contact us at building@tualatin.gov  to set up a Contractor account for the eTRAKiT system. Provide us with your company name and CCB license number, email address for all correspondence, and a contact phone number for your company.
