Financial Reports
Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
The City of Tualatin Finance Department produces an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30th of every year. The Financial Statements are audited by an independent auditing firm in accordance with municipal audit law (Oregon Revised Statutes 297.405 through 297.555). In addition to providing an opinion on the basic financial statements, an independent certified public accountant must provide reports on internal control structure, internal control over financial reporting, compliance with state and federal laws, and compliance with OMB (Office of Management and Budget) circular A-133 as applicable to major federally funded programs. These reports are included within the City's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.
Tualatin Development Commission - Annual Financial Report
The City of Tualatin Finance Department produces an Annual Financial Report for the Tualatin Development Commission (TDC) for the fiscal year ending June 30. The Financial Statements are audited by an independent auditing firm in accordance with municipal audit law (Oregon Revised Statutes 297.405 through 297.555). In addition to providing an opinion on the basic financial statements, an independent certified public accountant must provide reports on internal control structure, internal control over financial reporting, and compliance with state and federal laws. These reports are included within TDC's annual financial report.
Popular Annual Financial Report
The goal of the Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is to provide an easy-to-read version of our Annual Comprehensive Financial Report which is our complete set of financial statements produced in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and audited by a firm of licensed certified public accountants every year. This PAFR is for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023.
