Subdivision, Partition & Property Line Adjustment

The Engineering Division reviews Subdivisions, Partitions & Property Line Adjustments land use applications for conformance with the Tualatin Development Code (TDC). Application review involves application of TDC standards, exercise of professional judgment, and collaboration with other departments and divisions and outside parties, particularly when applying City goals and objectives.

Subdivision & Partition applications require prior to submittal:

  1. Scoping & Pre-Application (Pre-App) meetings
  2. Neighborhood/Developer meeting
