Martinazzi Ave Sewer (Avery St to north of Sagert St)

The contractor is scheduled to repair areas of deteriorated pavement next week (April 21-23) on Martinazzi Ave (from Mohawk to Seminole north of Avery) and Sagert St (from west of Martinazzi to the I-5 bridge). Traffic will be controlled by flaggers; expect delays.
Full paving of Martinazzi Ave (from Mohawk to Seminole north of Avery) and Sagert St (from west of Martinazzi to the I-5 bridge) is scheduled May 19-23, and will include significant delays, flaggers, and street closures.

Las Casitas (67th and 68th Avenues) Sidewalks
|
Construction is complete on the Las Casitas (67th and 68th Avenues) Sidewalks project – replacing sections of broken and buckled sidewalk and retrofitting curb ramps to meet current standards for people with disabilities.

Ibach St / Columbia Dr Crosswalk
|
Bids have been opened and Construction is starting soon on a new crosswalk (with flashing lights) across Ibach St (often known as Grahams Ferry Rd) at Columbia Dr.

65th Ave / Borland Rd Intersection Improvements

Design work is in progress for turn lane and access improvements to improve traffic flow at the 65th Ave / Borland Rd intersection. The design team will be out next week meeting with adjacent property owners about the project.

Tualatin- Sherwood Rd (from Teton Ave to Sherwood)
|
Washington County’s contractor is adding travel lanes and pathways along Tualatin-Sherwood Rd from Teton Ave west into Sherwood and building a new 66” water line to carry Willamette River water to Beaverton, Aloha, and Hillsboro. The contractor has completed utility relocation and is building the subgrade for widened roadway and sidewalk along the south side of Tualatin-Sherwood Road from Teton to 115th.

Plambeck Gardens - Boones Ferry Rd south of Norwood Rd
|
An opening ceremony was held last week for the Plambeck Gardens affordable housing complex on the east side of Boones Ferry Road south of Norwood Road and south of Horizon Church. Much of the building is now complete with minor finish work remaining.

Autumn Sunrise Subdivision (Boones Ferry Road and Norwood Road)

A developer is constructing the 400-lot Autumn Sunrise subdivision stretching from Norwood Road west of Interstate 5 to Boones Ferry Road between Norwood and Day Roads. The first phase homes near Norwood Road are occupied, the second phase homes are being sold, homes are now being constructed in the third and fourth phases nearest Boones Ferry Road.
The contractor has installed new striping on Salinan near Boones Ferry today.

Martinazzi Ave Sewer (Dakota Greenway to Avery St)

Design work is starting to upsize the existing sanitary sewer from the Chieftain/Dakota Greenway to Blake St and from Makah Ct to Chelan St (South of Avery St). Construction is planned in 2026.

Reservoir and Pump Station at Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) Site

A consultant is designing a new reservoir and pump station at the aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) site off 108th Ave in the Ibach neighborhood to provide additional water storage and service capacity for the southern part of Tualatin.

Columbia Corrugated Box (124th North of Tualatin-Sherwood Rd)

Columbia Corrugated Box is constructing a new driveway connection to 124th Ave opposite Cimino St north of Tualatin-Sherwood Road.

Hedges Industrial (112th/Myslony) and 124th Avenue at Myslony Street
|
The Hedges Industrial project (near the intersection of 112th Ave and Myslony St) is constructing new light industrial buildings. They are also constructing a new traffic signal at the intersection of 124th Avenue with Myslony Street.
