Rights-of-Way License Application
Every Utility Company owning or operating facilities in the ROW must obtain a rights-of-way license from the City prior to conducting any work in the rights-of-way or placing any facilities in the rights-of-way in accordance with Tualatin Municipal Code (TMC) 3-6.
The license year is from January 1 to December 31 and is valid for five years.
