Portland-based drummer and multi-instrumentalist Machado Mijiga will lead a trio of musicians that blend jazz, hip hop, R&B, and sounds that reflect his classical training and his intercultural heritage in this intimate and energetic performance. Mijiga has played at Portland Center Stage and was recently on tour with experimental indie band Portugal. The Man. Held at the Library Hearth.
Joe Kye, who was originally scheduled to perform on this date, will return to the Hearth in Spring 2024.
