Program Registration
How to Register
View and Register for Recreation Programs
Easily register for children’s, teens, adult and active older adult programs online. Our registration program lets individuals and families manage accounts with the ability to register, track, edit and save individual preferences and receipts.

Tualatin Public Library Programs
Register in person at the Library during regular operating hours or call 503.691.3074.
Tualatin Heritage Center Programs
Visit the Tualatin Heritage Center during regular operating hours or call 503.885.1926.
Cancellations
Programs are subject to cancellation due to weather, low enrollment, or other reasons outside of our control. If you are enrolled in a program that cancels, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
Refunds
It is our policy to refund 100% of program fees if your withdrawal notice is given seven or more days before the start date of the program. A 50% refund will be given if withdrawal notice is given less than seven days before the start date of the program. Program fees are not refunded for withdrawals less than 24 hours before the start of the program.
Accommodations
To request an accommodation and/or modification of policies and procedures in order to access and benefit from a City program, service, or activity, please submit a request for reasonable accommodation to Julie Ludemann at jludemann@tualatin.gov. The request for reasonable accommodation must be submitted at least ten business days before the scheduled event. The City will still make reasonable efforts to fulfill the request. A request for reasonable accommodation form is available by calling 503.691.3061.
