Lobby Display Case
The Library's lobby display case is a great place to promote community services and programs.
As an educational and cultural institution the Tualatin Public Library welcomes exhibits and displays of interest, information and enlightenment to the community. The Library receives an average of about 6,000 visits per week, so your display is sure to be seen by many citizens in our community!
Priority for scheduling is given to displays or exhibits prepared by Library staff, City of Tualatin staff, and partner organizations of the Library (including the Friends of the Tualatin Public Library and the Tualatin Public Library Foundation). When the Library or the above-mentioned groups are not using exhibit spaces, the space will be available to the public on equal terms.
The case's dimensions are 4’6” tall X 10’ wide X 22” deep. The case has two fixed shelves
Guidelines for use:
- The case is available available to organizations and individuals in educational, cultural, intellectual and charitable activities.
- The case may be reserved for one or two weeks at a time.
- The exhibit must include a clearly visible sign identifying the individual or group responsible for the exhibit.
- No tapes or adhesives may be used with the exception of painter's tape. The organizer of the display is responsible for cleaning the case, including all glass, after use.
- See the full policy, linked below, for additional information.
