Makerspace Open Lab
Sunday, December 1, 2024 - 1:30pm to 5:30pm
Makerspace Open Labs are for anyone who wants to check out the space and use our equipment to make cool things. Room assistants are available to guide you in the basic use of the tools and technology. Come in with an idea and leave with a finished project! For more information about the Makerspace and its resources, see here.
Makerspace Open Labs take place on the following weekly schedule:
- Tuesdays, 5:30 - 7:30PM
- Thursdays, 4:00 - 6:00PM
- Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 1:00PM
- Sundays, 1:30 - 5:30PM
PLEASE NOTE: No Open Lab on December 24. Additionally, the Makerspace will be closed from December 29 through January 2 for an annual cleanup.
Each month we provide the materials, tools and instructions for a featured Makerspace project that everyone is invited to try. December's featured project is Personalized Candle Tins (pictured).
IMPORTANT: Adults using the Makerspace for the first time need to sign a waiver; people under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. You can sign and submit waivers online here.
