Our AARP tax aide appointments have concluded for this year.

If you are still searching for a place to get help, consider using Cash Oregon's virtual tax help. IRCO is offering assistance with taxes for households with incomes under $60,000 and meeting other criteria; please see the flyer at the bottom of this page for more information.

Questions?

Any librarian will be happy to direct you to resources for doing your taxes.  Librarians, however, are not tax preparers.  Specific questions should be directed to the tax hotlines.  The Federal government offers assistance online or over the phone at 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676).

The Oregon Department of Revenue has phone help available at 503-378-4988 or 800-356-4222, 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of 9-11 am on Thursdays and holidays. Help is also available by email at questions.dor@oregon.gov
