Child Care and Day Care Facilities
A Family Child Care Home is an allowed use in all residential zones in Tualatin and as required by state law. A Family Child Care Home is a residence of the provider who has a current Family Child Care Registration at that address and who provides care in the family living quarters, as provided by ORS 329A.330. Child Care Centers in residential zones in Tualatin may be permitted following approval of a Conditional Use Permit. Family child care homes and child care centers are also regulated by the Early Learning Division of the Oregon Department of Education.
