Preapplication Meetings
Preapplication Meetings
A preapplication ("pre app") meeting is required for most Type II and higher land use applications, and must be held not more than six months before submittal of an application.
To submit a preapplication meeting request, please visit https://permits.ci.tualatin.or.us/eTrakit/. To make a physical submission, please contact planning@tualatin.gov or 503-691-3026. The fee listed on the City fee schedule is due at the time of submittal of the pre-app request. Meetings are generally scheduled two weeks from submittal of the request form and are held on Wednesday afternoons.
Information provided at the preapplication meeting includes confirmation of the procedures to be used to process the application, a list of materials to be submitted, and the criteria and standards which may apply to the review of the application.
Additional Assistance
Not ready for a preapplication meeting, but have questions about a potential project? We are available to answer your questions about permitted uses, site design, and other development issues.
