Notice of Proposed Changes to Erosion Control, Transportation, and Water Drawings
NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE
PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CODE
(Authorized by TMC 2-3)
The City of Tualatin is releasing draft changes to the Public Works Construction Code for public comment.
Subject Matter and Purpose:
Revised Table of Contents, addition of Standard General Notes, revised Single Family Erosion Control Drawing, update of four (4) Water Meter Drawings, and revised or added twelve (12) Transportation Drawings.
Submit Written Comments: You can submit testimony or comments on the draft changes by email, fax, or letter. Written comments or testimony must be received by 5 pm on October 13, 2020 and must include a first and last name to be considered.

When Rule Adopted: The proposed rule is scheduled to be adopted on October 14, 2020

Proposed Change
The proposed changes are drawings, attached in PDF below. Generally, they are related to single-family erosion control, bike lanes, curbs, signs and pavement markings, and water meters.
