Tualatin Police Cars Get a Face Lift
Tualatin Police Department's patrol cars are getting a face lift. The old design with white doors, black truck and hood will be changing to a sleeker looking all black design. The new design gives a more streamlined, uniform appearance that hides wear and tear. We're excited for the change and very pleased with the results. It's important to note there were significant durability issues with the old wraps that made up the white portions of the car's previous scheme. Changing to all black is saving the city money. The PD purchased four cars that needed decals. The others will change over gradually. Expect to see all Tualatin patrol cars to take on the new look by mid-summer.
