Class Registration Information
How do I register for classes and programs?
Most of our classes are now available to register online at www.tualatinoregon.gov/recreation, click on the programs listed or click on the age group listed under the "Recreation and Special Events" tab and follow the prompts. If you do not see your program listed, please call 503-691-3061 for assistance or stop in at the Juanita Pohl Center at 8513 SW Tualatin Road during normal business hours, located in the back of the Tualatin Community Park.

I'm a Tualatin resident. Is there a resident rate on programs?
Yes! All Tualatin residents are eligible for the resident rate on all programs, classes and activities offered by the Recreation Division. Non-residents of the City of Tualatin must pay a surcharge of 25% to participate. Non-residents who own property or a business in the city are exempt from the non-resident surcharge.
What are the cancelation and refund policies?
Programs are subject to cancelation due to weather, low enrollment, or other reasons outside of our control. If you are enrolled in a program that cancels, you will be notified by telephone in advance and a full refund will be made. It is our policy to refund 100% of program fees if your withdrawal notice is given 7 or more days before the start date of the program. A 50% refund will be given if withdrawal notice is given less than 7 days before the start date of the program. Program fees are not refunded for withdrawals less than 24 hours before the start of the program.
How do I register for a program or class at the Library, Juanita Pohl Center or Heritage Center?
For most of these programs held at other facilities, please contact them directly during normal business hours: Tualatin Public Library please call 503.691.3074, Juanita Pohl Center 503.691.3014, or the Heritage Center 503.885.1926.
