Ibach Park Storm Drain Mural Project
Did you know that Tualatin's storm drains all connect to the Tualatin River? In an effort to draw awareness to this fact, the City of Tualatin has partnered with Tualatin Riverkeepers on a storm drain mural at Ibach Park.
Artist Lehuauakea Fernandez was selected by the Tualatin Arts Advisory Committee to complete the mural, which will be painted July 24-mid August. Stop by the turnaround at Ibach Park to see the progress.
Everyone is invited to the Meet the Artist reception at Ibach Park on Wednesday, August 7th from 7-8pm. Chat with the artist and City staff, and enjoy some free ice cream and popsicles!
