Half Dining Room Facility Rental Fees:
Resident: $33/hour
Non-Resident: $66/hour
Full Dining Room Facility Rental Fees:
Resident: $44/hour + additional staff surcharge of $22/hour
Non-Resident: $88/hour + additional staff surcharge of $22/hour
Large Classroom
Capacity: Max 20 people
Deposit: $50.00*
Facility Rental Fees:
Resident: $28/hour
Non-Resident: $56/hour
*Rental Deposits are required at the time of rental confirmation. Deposits will be refunded in full, providing there are no damages, contract breaches, or extra hourly charges and all conditions of the rental are met.
*Alcohol permits must be purchased/reserved at time of reservation. Adding an alcohol permit results in an additional staff surcharge of $22/hour. Alcohol permits must be paid for in full, in-person at the Juanita Pohl Center, no later than 14 days before the rental date. Alcohol permits may NOT be purchased on the day of the scheduled reservation. Alcohol permits are refundable, but not transferable.
