This page is reserved for partners of the City of Tualatin that have been invited to participate in the Blender Dash. Companies interested in sponsorship should visit the Blender Dash sponsorship page.

Event Requirements:

Arrive for set up no later than 8:00am.
Be ready for guests between 9am-1pm.
Vendors will provide all equipment needed for activation including a canopy no larger than 10’x10’, tent weights, tables, chairs, etc. Tent stakes will not be allowed.
Vendor is responsible for leaving their booth area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.
This event occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold.
Vendor placement is the decision of the event organizers.
Power is not available to vendors in the park.
Non-profit organizations and service providers are expected to provide a free activity or giveaway to contribute to the overall event experience.
Priority will be give to vendors whose business promotes youth health and fitness.

Terms of Acceptance *

Section 1. Term.  The term of this agreement is for the duration ofthe Blender Dash (Event), which occurs on June 7, 2025.
Section 2.  Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expense of any kind arising out of or related to Artist’s activities at the Event and this Agreement.
Section 3.  Hold Harmless. Artist releases, covenants not to sue, and holds harmless, the City of Tualatin, its officers employees, and agents from any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, costs or damages that may result from Artist providing service at the event. 
Section 4. Liability for City Property. Artist assumes sole liability for any and all City of Tualatin property that is used by Artist. If any property sustains damage or loss as a result of Artist’s use, Artist agrees to assume all financial responsibility for the repair or replacement of the same or like kind item. 
Section 5.  Governing Law; Venue. This Agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any claim, action, suit or proceeding (collectively, “Claim”) between City and Artist that arises from or relates to this Agreement shall be brought and conducted solely and exclusively within the Circuit Court of Washington County for the State of Oregon.
Section 6. Nondiscrimination; Compliance with Applicable Law. Artist agrees that no person will, on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, marital status, familial status, domestic partnership, national origin, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, or veteran status suffer discrimination in the performance of this Agreement. Artist must comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, executive orders and ordinances applicable to the Work under this Agreement.

WAIVER OF RISK OF INFECTION FROM COVID-19, LIABILITY, PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE, MEDICAL RELEASE, AND PARENT PERMISSION

Please read this form carefully and be aware that you are expressly assuming risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and health agencies recommend social distancing and other precautions.

The City of Tualatin has created new protocols and preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, the City cannot guarantee that you, members of your organization, participants in your programs, your child, your family, or others will not become infected with COVID-19.

Attending a City of Tualatin program, rental, reservation, or permitted event may increase your risk of contracting COVID-19, and may increase the risk of transmitting COVID-19 to others.

WAIVER AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK OF INFECTION FROM COVID-19

I acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I, my organization, participants in my organization’s programs, my child, members of my family, or others may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating in any way in any City of Tualatin Program, Rental, Reservation, or Permitted Event. I voluntarily assume the risk that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at a City of Tualatin Program, Rental, Reservation, or Permitted Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, City officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and other participants and their families.

I voluntarily agree to assume the full risks of becoming infected by COVID-19, including loss of life, personal injuries, property damages, and expenses, which I, my organization, participants in my organization’s programs, my child, members of my family, or others may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with the City of Tualatin Program, Rental, Reservation, or Permitted Event. I also hereby waive, release, indemnify, hold harmless, defend, covenant not to sue, acquit, and forever discharge, the City of Tualatin and all officials, employees, officers, and agents of the City of Tualatin, from and against any and all rights of action, claims, demands, liabilities, injury, losses, or damages of any kind, arising in whole or in part out of my, my child’s, my family’s, or others’ participation in the City of Tualatin Program, Rental, Reservation, or Permitted Event, and in any way connected with exposure to or infection by COVID-19. This includes, without limitation, claims based upon loss of life, personal injuries, or property damages, sustained by me or caused by me in any relation to COVID-19. I agree to assume all risks associated with participation in the City of Tualatin Program, Rental, Reservation, or Permitted Event, and acknowledge and agree that the City of Tualatin assumes no liability whatsoever related to COVID-19.
