2025 Concerts in the Parks Food Vendor Application

The City of Tualatin's Concerts in the Parks is now accepting applications for food vendors. 

Vendors will be notified of acceptance by email. 

Concert Dates/Locations

Friday, July 11, 6:30-8:30pm
Tualatin Community Park.

Friday, August 8, 5:00-8:30pm
Tualatin Community Park

 

Event information and requirements:

  • Be open for business from during concert hours. Early break down is not permitted.
  • Arrive for set up no later than one hour prior to concert start.
  • Provide all equipment needed for business. Water access and electricity are not available.
  • Vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.
  • This event occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold.
  • All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance naming the City of Tualatin as additionally insured and to read and sign the attached Event Vendor Agreement.
  • All vendors must have a current Washington County Temporary restaurant or mobile food vendor license.
  • There is no vendor fee for this event.
