Traffic Signal Box Wrap Sponsorship Form

Traffic signal box wraps are original art that has been reproduced as a vinyl overlay applied to the metal traffic signal cabinets found at lighted intersections. These cabinets then help to beautify our city by transforming a utilitarian piece of equipment into public art.

Businesses are invited to support this program by becoming sponsors. Sponsorship is a great way for your business to help beautify our community and an opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to public art. 

There are many benefits of becoming a sponsor, including the opportunity to choose from the available signal box locations and select from the approved artwork! Sponsorship information is available below.

The undersigned applicant, by signature below, shall hold harmless the City of Tualatin, its officers, agents, and employees and shall indemnify and, if requested, defend the City, its officers, agents, and employees for any claim or injury to property or persons that may arise as a result of any activity which may arise from operations under or in connection with the permit.

I do affirm that the foregoing statements and representations are binding upon me, or if executed on behalf of a Sponsoring Entity, are binding upon the Sponsor and are executed pursuant to authority. The information submitted is true to the best knowledge of the undersigned, and the undersigned shall notify City in writing at any time as additional information is known or the plans for the event are revised  which would alter the information and statements given.

This agreement may be terminated if the agreement cannot be performed due to a health emergency declared by the Governor, Oregon Health Authority, Washington County Health Department, or the City of Tualatin. This includes, but not limited to any health emergencies related to coronavirus/COVID-19. Sponsors will be be offered a full refund or the opportunity to apply their 2021 sponsorship towards the 2022 Holiday Lights Parade Series.
