Architectural Review (AR)
Summary
Site development, redevelopment, changes to a building exterior, and/or changes to site plan elements such as landscaping and parking requires submittal of an Architectural Review (AR) application. AR applications are either reviewed by staff (Type II) or by the Architectural Review Board (Type III). Minor changes to a previously approved Architectural Review may be reviewed as a Minor Architectural Review (MAR--Type I).
