Missing Alzheimer's Patient
Update: Patient found safe and well.
On 05/29/17 at 11:50 AM, Anthony Angiletta, did not return from a walk to his assisted living residence at Farmington Square, located at 17950 SW 115th Ave, Tualatin. Prior to leaving, Angiletta told his wife he needed to catch a train. Angiletta suffers from Dementia/Alzheimers and did not take his wallet or glasses with him.
Angiletta is described as a Caucasian adult male, 77 years old, white hair, 5'10, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater over a button up shirt and jeans.
Tualatin Police ask the public to please be on the lookout for Mr. Angiletta and if you find him to please call 9-1-1.
