Naked Man Damages Tualatin Homeowner’s Property
On Monday, June 8, 2015 at approximately 5:45am, Tualatin officers responded to a report of a car into a fence in the 8200 block of SW Blake Street, in Tualatin.
When officers arrived they discovered that the car had not actually crashed into the fence. They learned that the driver of the vehicle, described as an adult male in his 40’s, wearing only a shirt, parked his car close to the fence at an odd angle. The homeowner reported that he found the man inside his garage, rummaging through things. The suspect ran when confronted by the homeowner. Investigators also learned that the suspect did intentional damage to the yard, house and cars of two homes.
With the assistance of OSP and Tigard Police Department’s K-9, a dog track was initiated. Officers were able to track the suspect to a nearby neighborhood and take him into custody without incident. He was identified as Mario Timothy Hodges, 43 years of age, of Dundee.
Mr. Hodges was charged with two counts of criminal mischief, burglary, and criminal trespass and will be lodged at Washington County Jail. Please contact Washington County Jail for a photo.
It is believed that drugs might have been a factor in this incident.
Nothing further.
