Transient Caught Masturbating in Yard of Tualatin Residence
On Monday, March 2, 2015 at approximately 10:15am, Tualatin officers responded to a report of a male masturbating in the side yard of a residence located in the 21000 block of SW 91st Ave, in Tualatin.
The homeowner described the suspect as a black male adult, in his 30’s. A short time later, Tualatin officers located the male, identified as Kevin Flot, 34 years of age. Mr. Flot admitted to the act and was taken into custody without incident.
Mr. Flot was lodged in the Washington County Jail and was charged with Public Indecency and 2nd Degree Trespass.
