Update: Man Exposes Himself in Tualatin Drive-thru
Tualatin Police Officers are looking to identify the person responsible for several incidents of indecent exposure. There have been multiple occurrences of a white male adult pulling up to young females working drive-thru windows at coffee shops or fast food restaurants and exposing his genitals while masturbating. The incidents usually occur in the afternoon and evening hours. There have been more than 10 cases so far, including incidents in Tualatin, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville and Portland.
It is likely the suspect is from this area. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a dark gray 2002-2003 Mitsubishi Gallant. It is distinctly missing its gas cap cover. If you see or recognize this vehicle description or have any information related to this case please contact Tualatin Detectives at 503-849-9177. On Thursday, December 26, 2013 at approximately 8:56pm, Tualatin Police responded to a report of a sexual exposure at Starbucks, located at 19321 SW Martinazzi Avenue, in Tualatin.
When officers arrived they learned that a man pulled up to the drive-thru window with his genitals exposed and was masturbating. Surveillance video of this incident is not available.
The Starbucks employee described the suspect as a white male adult, approximately 40 years of age. He was wearing a button-up shirt that was unbuttoned and pulled open. He was not wearing any pants. He was also wearing a baseball style cap with brown hair sticking out from the bottom of the hat. The suspect’s vehicle was described as a dark gray or blue sedan with the license plates removed.
